Robbins, “Girl Rising” tells the engaging stories of nine unforgettable girls from around the globe, ordinary girls who struggle to overcome nearly impossible odds in pursuit of their dreams. An uplifting film, it witnesses the strength of the human spirit and power of education to change lives and the world. Artists, including Alicia Keyes, Salma Hayak, Meryl Streep, and Liam Neeson, lend their voices to this inspiring and eye-opening film.
