Join us for this satirical and entertaining look at the excessive consumerism of Christmas. We follow the zany and hilarious Reverend Billy (performance artist Bill Talen), and his Gospel Choir of the Church of Stop Shopping, on a December cross-country mission to save Christmas from… the SHOPOCALYPSE! An epic road trip takes us from a chilling exorcism at Wal-Mart headquarters, to retail interventions at the Mall of America and all the way to the Promised Land on Christmas Day. Although we may be hypnotized and consumerized we still have a chance to save ourselves this Christmas!
