On February 14, 2018, a school shooting took the lives of 17 people and suddenly changed the conversation about guns in America. “Parkland Uprising” is a new documentary about students and their allies who are demanding action to reduce gun violence.

Directed by Emmy-winner Cheryl McDonough, “Parkland Rising” is an inspiring look at the students and parents who started an international movement to reduce gun violence. The film features David Hogg, Jaclyn Corin, Matt & Ryan Deitsch, Emma Gonzalez, Fred Guttenberg, Cameron Kasky, Patricia and Manuel Oliver.

The Executive Producers of this film were Katie Couric and will.i.am.
