Meaningful Movies Tacoma and Northwest Indian Fisheries Commission (NWIFC) proudly present “Fish War.”

In 1974, a conservative federal judge upheld Indigenous fishing rights in Washington, ending violent clashes with law enforcement and laying the foundation for environmental stewardship. “Fish War” is a locally-produced activism documentary.

Join us for free popcorn and a post-film discussion.

Our guest speakers will be Ramona Bennett and Rodney Sisson, both featured in the film.
