Mark your calendars for Saturday, March 2nd, 2024, at 4:00 pm PST, as we embark on a journey towards positive societal change. “A Place at the Table” isn’t just a film; it’s a powerful call to action.

“A Place at the Table” is a documentary film that explores the complex issue of hunger in America. The film delves into the lives of individuals and families struggling with food insecurity, shedding light on the harsh reality that millions face despite living in one of the wealthiest nations. Through personal stories, expert interviews, and compelling statistics, the documentary examines the root causes of hunger, including poverty, inadequate access to nutritious food, and systemic issues within the food industry and government policies. “A Place at the Table” aims to raise awareness about the urgent need for change in addressing hunger and advocating for policies that ensure everyone has access to affordable and nutritious food.
