Although our Meaningful Movies events are postponed, there are opportunities for watching documentaries online. And you can still have a community discussion in your home after viewing the film, although your "community" might be very few!
Here are a couple of ideas for you.

**DC Environmental Film Festival is providing many excellent films for free online through March 31. Check them out before their offer ends Tuesday night!

**Netflix has a number of excellent documentaries, so if you have a Netflix account you might want to watch some there.

Looking for connection in these uncertain and isolating times?

Dr. Kriss Kevorkian, one of our wonderful venue leaders from Gig Harbor, is hosting a "Virtual Lunch" video meeting every Tuesday at Noon for anyone in the Meaningful Movies community. This will be a time to check in, connect, and support one another. Kriss' loving heart and decades of experience as an educator, grief counselor, social worker and thanatologist will help us all get through
the challenges ahead.

We invite you to join us at Noon on Tuesdays - starting March 31.

Please help support us with your tax-deductible donation!
We want to continue bringing you the great movie events you've come to know and appreciate!

Thank You!

We are a 501c3 Washington State Nonprofit (EIN 80-0782680) and are solely dependent on your donations. We are a predominantly volunteer-run organization, (only one part-time staff person); donations are needed to continue bringing you high-quality, relevant documentary films, AND to help us establish more venues so more people can participate. Thank you for any help you can provide!

Many employers have Matching Gift programs where they'll double the donations made by their employees and retirees (e.g., Adobe, Alaska Airlines, Boeing, Costco, Microsoft, Starbucks,  etc.). Please check if your employer is one of these, and if so, submit your matching gift requests to them so that your donation can go even further. Thank you!

Also, some employers have Volunteer Grant programs where the company donates money to organizations for every hour its employees volunteer (e.g., Boeing, Microsoft, Alaska Airlines, etc). So come volunteer with us if you can!

The Meaningful Movies Project is a non-profit organization that helps neighborhoods and groups organize, educate and advocate using the power of social justice documentary film and conversation to build positive and meaningful community. Learn more >
